PMA Talent
Client: A newly established internal recruitment agency, PMA Talent sourced candidates at all levels for a national project management firm.
Target audience: Top project management talent at all levels in key markets, including Chicago, San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, Orlando, and New York.
Challenge: Aggressive hiring goals demanded a diverse approach to talent awareness, attraction, and engagement.
Solution: Supporting a 3-person internal team, Linda worked as a dedicated team member, meeting weekly to share research findings, develop strategy, and generate marketing initiatives. Initial research served to develop the foundational tagline – “What Matters to You, Matters to Us.” This tagline resonated deeply and was later adopted firm-wide.
Linda led and implemented initiatives such as developing new job descriptions, establishing and maintaining a dedicated LinkedIn page, and generating social campaigns to build awareness and attract top talent. She also wrote custom InMail messages, developed posts for the company’s Intranet, and strategized and prepared presentation decks for Talent leadership reporting to the firm’s Board of Directors.
Metrics: PMA Talent successfully filled more than 100 positions in multiple offices across the country within 18 months
