Project Management Advisors, Inc.

Client: Project Management Advisors, Inc.(PMA) is a national real estate advisory firm that provides development and strategic consulting expertise within the built environment.

Target Audience: Commercial real estate owners

Challenge: PMA wanted to bring a fresh perspective to its message and copy for a new website. 

Solution: PMA had engaged a web designer for a new website and brought in Linda to create copy. She led a stakeholder group of leaders through a discovery process which revealed that the firm’s passionate commitment to building trust-based relationships was the most critical attribute identified by their current, best clients. The new website copy centered on the firm’s actively cultivated set of values. This approach was so well received that it was subsequently pulled through to other marketing collateral and formed the foundation for a thought leadership initiative.

Booth Hansen

Client: Established in 1980 and based in Chicago, Booth Hansen is recognized nationally as a leading architectural design firm.

Target Audience: owners, developers, project partners  

Challenge: Booth Hansen wanted a fresh approach to its website, featuring a substantial portfolio of project profiles. 

Solution: As the Director of Marketing, Linda conducted internal staff surveys, a competitive analysis, and a number of internal workshops to gather input and direction for a fresh approach to marketing strategy and a new website. Linda served as project manager, hiring an external web designer and also providing messaging strategy and content development/copywriting. New content included project profiles, staff bios, a firm overview + values statement, and a project approach. These elements were subsequently adapted for multiple collateral pieces including brochures and proposals.

Intuit Dance

Intuit Dance

Client: Intuit Dance teaches the full spectrum of the creative process through dance, providing foundational training in technique, improvisation, and choreography for students at all levels at two studio locations – Oak Park and Forest Park, Illinois.

Target audience: local families interested in dance training. 

Challenge: A dated website needed a complete overhaul to better represent Intuit and attract new students. 

Solution: Linda conducted a competitive landscape assessment and facilitated visioning exercises with the founder. These shaped the brand and established a messaging strategy. Working with an experienced  designer, a new website was created featuring fresh navigation and copy.
